This progressive beginner mini-series (4 classes - 1h each) introduces the key moves of Zouk, how to play with open and closed frames, and how to connect clearly with your partner. You'll build solid, confident foundations and get ready for the Zouk Essentials level.
- Open to all! We recommend taking Zero to Zoukeiro first, but it's not mandatory
- No partner needed — we rotate partners during class
- Limited to 10 leads and 10 follows

Building on your Essentials foundations, this class brings new figures and variations into your dancing, adds more body movement and groove, and introduces your first linear and circular upper-body movements. It's where your Zouk becomes more fluid and expressive.

- Included if you are registered in classes with Abraço Dance MTL
