What it's all about

The prática is where the magic of class turns into real dancing. Every Wednesday, we get together to practice what we've learned, review moves with different partners, and enjoy great music in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

It's the perfect complement to your classes: the more you dance, the faster you progress — and the more friends you make along the way.

- Wednesdays, 8:15 to 10:30 PM
- Included if you are registered in classes with Abraço Dance MTL
- Bonus: instructors stay available for questions and dances. Don't be shy about asking — we're here to help!

Good to know

- Community prática, open to everyone, even if you have never danced Brazilian Zouk or Lambada before!
- No partner needed — we naturally rotate partners during practice
- Occasionally, the prática may be replaced by a community event or paused during the holidays. Check the calendar for updates.
